Every engagement starts with the Masar Map — our execution gap assessment. Masar means path; the map shows yours.

Executive interviews, process mapping and a hard look at your data, scored across four dimensions: where you are, where the target is, and what the gap between the two is worth. You leave with your gaps ranked by value and a sequenced ninety-day path to close the first one.

The path is the proposal. If the numbers don’t justify the work, we tell you so — and stop there.

How does an engagement start?

With a strategy call. We listen, we ask hard questions, and if there’s a fit we propose a first step with a defined outcome — usually the Masar Map, our execution gap assessment.

What size of company do you work with?

Ambitious SMEs and corporates: organisations large enough to have an execution gap and decisive enough to close it. We serve clients across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and North America from London and Bahrain.

How long is a typical engagement?

The assessment takes about two weeks; a sprint runs ninety days or less. Most clients continue — into the next build, or the operating system — because the second opportunity is usually bigger than the first.

Do you integrate with our existing technology?

Yes. We build on what you have wherever possible: CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, or nothing at all. The system serves the business, not the other way round.

What happens after implementation?

Your team is trained during deployment, not after it. Post-implementation support is built into every engagement, and the operating system is there when you want us to stay accountable for performance.
