Weeks 2–3

Technical architecture, workflow design and integration planning against the systems you already run. A roadmap with owners, dates and a definition of done.

Implementation & training

Weeks 3–6

Iterative deployment: live systems from the first sprint, not a big-bang launch. Your team is trained inside the work, so ownership transfers as we build.
